MS Series Vertical Shock Test System

MS SeriesVertical Shock Test System

MS series shock testing equipment is used to test the product’s or packaging’s resistance to shock. MS series shock test machine can be used for the shock test of conventional half-sine wave, postpeak sawtooth wave and trapezoidal wave etc, to find out the shock wave and enegry that may be suffered by the product in real environment, and in this way we can improve or optimize the product packaging structure systematically.

FEATURES

The MS series environmental testing machines, based on the Windows operating system, offer fully-automatic functionality and feature a user-friendly control interface. Users simply input the testing data, and the system will then automatically configure the parameters, control the machine, and accurately carry out the shock test. Additionally, these testing equipment systems come equipped with an anti-secondary shock brake device. Ensuring safety and precision, the shock table falls freely onto a shock wave-shaped cushion, while the hydraulic brake halts the piston's movement post-rebound, preventing secondary shocks. Moreover, these machines boast a highly efficient damping device, which effectively reduces the shock transmitted to the ground during testing on large shock test machines. This eliminates the need for a special foundation, making installation a breeze. With the shock height set digitally, the shock table ascends automatically to the designated height with exceptional control accuracy, ensuring consistent shock data repeatability. Furthermore, the system includes a shock measurement display system that showcases shock force and waveshape data in real-time. For testing smaller specimens, a high acceleration generator can be integrated into the shock testing equipment setup. This generator enhances acceleration levels, allowing for a peak shock acceleration ranging from 5000 to 50000 m/s and acceleration durations of 0.2 to 1ms, surpassing the capabilities of conventional IS series shock machines for superior shock kinetic energy transfer theory application.
