VASI Series Pneumatic Vertical Shock Test System
The VAS I series pneumatic shock test machine is a tool that is used to test a product's ability to withstand shock and damage that may occur during its actual use. This helps us to evaluate the shock resistance of the product's structure and optimize its strength based on the data obtained from the experiment. By performing an excellent evaluation of the product's ability to withstand shock, we can improve its reliability during use. In laboratory tests, we simulate the possible destruction or shock that may occur to the product's packaging during transportation. This is done to evaluate whether the packaging cushioning or damping can protect the product from shock.
FEATURES
Dual-purpose table for shock and collision testing: the VAS I shock testing equipment can perform both shock and collision tests. The different tests are entirely controlled by computer software.
High collision frequency and big energy without foundation: the VAS I shock test machine has a high-performance collision function, and the maximum free-fall height can be up to 600mm. When the free-fall height is 60mm, the maximum collision frequency can reach 120 beats/min. Since the VAS I shock testing equipment has shock-absorbing airbags and damping devices, there is no need for a foundation while in use.
Good accelerated collision waveform and high repeatability: the VAS I system can minimize the collision velocity to 30m/s, which is much better than the 50m/s that traditional systems can achieve. This system also has a high degree of repeatability.
